HSK ICTM For Turning

The HSK ICTM tolerance Tooling System is the leader in next-generation machining. The ICTM standard is an open standard developed by Japanese manufacturers based on the ISO 12164-1:2001 HSK standard shank.

It is a highly accurate and rigid dual face contact standard with the aim of improving accuracy of turning operations on multi-task machining centres and CNC lathes. ICTM standard tools are compatible with HSK type A+C shanks.

The centre line height accuracy is improved by positioning the centre of the cutting edge at the centre of the spindle.

Interference with the workpiece is avoided by superior approach properties, great rigidity thanks to large support face & The exact cutting position is achieved every time when changing the tool.

Other benefits include; reduction of vibration, Maximum positioning error of +/-0,002mm when changing the tool and it is available in VDI or Base Mount (Universal) systems.
